Overview
Mamlakat Al Oud, a luxury fragrance brand specializing in oud-based perfumes, required a complete digital transformation to convert brand presence into measurable online sales. The existing template-based website failed to reflect the premium positioning of the brand and struggled with zero e-commerce conversions. The objective was to redesign the platform into a refined, immersive, and conversion-focused shopping experience that captured the sensory richness of oud while driving product discovery and seamless purchasing.

Despite having an online presence and active social channels, Mamlakat Al Oud generated zero online sales. The generic template-based website lacked visual sophistication, product storytelling depth, and structured e-commerce functionality. Product pages were not optimized for persuasion, checkout flows were fragmented, and the mobile experience was inconsistent. The challenge was to transform a static brand presence into a premium, conversion-oriented e-commerce experience capable of building trust and driving transactions.
