Overview
Trivision, a retailer specializing in luxury fashion and branded eyewear, required a complete digital transformation to convert brand presence into measurable online sales. The existing template-based platform failed to reflect the premium positioning of the brand and struggled with zero e-commerce conversions. The objective was to redesign the website into a refined, fashion-forward, and conversion-driven shopping experience that highlights product aesthetics while delivering seamless discovery and purchasing across devices.

Despite having brand recognition and active social channels, Trivision generated zero online sales. The template-based website lacked visual distinction, structured product discovery, and optimized e-commerce functionality. Product listings were cluttered, checkout flow lacked clarity, and mobile responsiveness was inconsistent. The challenge was to transform a static digital storefront into a visually refined and conversion-optimized retail experience capable of building trust and driving transactions.
